Fiber Optic Connectivity > Attentuators & Adaptors:Optical Attenuators are available in adaptor type (F-F), build out style (M-F) or inline patch cord style. Wave2Wave's build-out type attenuators are installed between an adaptor and a connector. They are doped fiber attenuators with exceptional optical performance and reliability. Wave2Wave's bulkhead type attenuators are installed between connectors or installed inside fiber panels. They are air-gapped based attenuators with high performance and reliability. Our Attenuators come in FC, SC, LC, and MU connector with UPC or APC polish. Their attenuation range is between 1dB to 30dB. Wave2Wave also offers Fiber optic adaptors or otherwise known as coupler, bulkhead, or barrels. The connector types are either LC, SC, FC, ST, MU, MTRJ, MTP (MPO), D4, or hybrid. These adaptors have either UPC or APC polish and are available for LC and SC duplex.
